Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that all OnTint products, including our Removable Tints and Electronic Tints, are custom-manufactured to order. Once you place your order, production begins within 1–2 business days and takes approximately 5–10 business days to complete before your item is dispatched. This means we are unable to accept cancellations once manufacturing has begun.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused and uninstalled, with all original components and packaging intact. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at smartfilmeood@outlook.com. This also applies to orders made through TikTok. Returns must be requested before sending anything back - items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times by region are as follows:
- United States: 5–7 business days
- European Economic Area (EEA): 4–6 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–15 business days
- Canada: 7–10 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all OnTint products are custom-made to your vehicle's specifications, the following items are non-returnable:
- Any product that has been installed, applied to glass, or connected to a vehicle's electrical system. This includes the pre-cut removable tints
- Electronic Tints that have been wired or fitted in any way
- Items not in their original, uninstalled condition
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order separately.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification — provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Please note this right does not apply to custom-made or personalised products under EU Consumer Rights Directive exemptions. As our products are custom-manufactured to order, we recommend contacting us to discuss your situation.
Installation-Related Incidents
OnTint removable tints require proper installation as outlined in our installation guide. If the tint film falls inside the door panel — which may occur due to insufficient adhesive strips being applied or improper installation technique — this is considered an installation error and OnTint accepts no responsibility. No refund or replacement will be issued in such cases.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at smartfilmeood@outlook.com.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We take customer satisfaction seriously and encourage you to contact us at smartfilmeood@outlook.com before initiating any dispute with your bank or card provider. In the vast majority of cases, we can resolve issues faster directly than through a formal chargeback process.
Please be aware that initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of these Terms. All OnTint orders are fulfilled against a confirmed order record, including product specifications, delivery tracking, and customer communications. In the event of a chargeback claim, we will submit this documentation - including proof of delivery, order confirmation, and any correspondence - to the relevant card network as evidence of a valid, fulfilled transaction.
Chargebacks filed for orders that have been delivered as described, or for custom-manufactured products that have been installed or used, will be disputed in full.
