Shipping Policy

Processing & Manufacturing Time
All OnTint products are custom-manufactured to order. Once your order is placed, production begins within 1–2 business days and takes approximately 15-20 business days to complete. Your order will be dispatched once manufacturing is finished and your items have passed quality inspection.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

The following are estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

  • United States: 10–15 business days
  • European Economic Area (EEA): 4–6 business days
  • United Kingdom: 10–15 business days
  • Canada: 7–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. OnTint is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or third-party carriers once an order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $200. Orders below this threshold will have shipping costs calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are covered by OnTint and are included in the final price you pay at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

In rare cases, customs authorities may place a hold on your shipment for inspection or additional documentation. While we do everything we can to ensure smooth clearance, these holds are initiated at the sole discretion of your country's customs authority and are entirely outside our control. OnTint cannot be held responsible for any delays, additional processing requirements, or actions taken by customs officials once a shipment has left our facility. If your order is held at customs, you may be contacted directly by your local customs office and may need to provide identification or additional information to release the package. We recommend cooperating promptly with any such requests to avoid further delays.

If you have any concerns about customs in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

Order Tracking
Every order dispatched by OnTint includes a tracking number sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 15 business business days of placing your order, please contact us at smartfilmeood@outlook.com.

Lost or Missing Shipments
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe locations around your property. If the item still cannot be located, contact us at smartfilmeood@outlook.com within 5 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Please note that OnTint cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout before completing your order.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the packaging and the item immediately upon receipt and contact us at smartfilmeood@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

High-Value Orders
Orders containing Electronic Tints ($950+) are shipped with full tracking and may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave instructions for collection or re-delivery.

Important Shipping Notice
Depending on the destination region, some orders may experience slight delays due to ongoing global logistics disruptions and increased pressure on international shipping routes. While we continuously work with our logistics partners to minimize any impact, occasional delays may occur outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
